Inspection Schedule
Information:
INSPECTION SCHEDULE: Inspection schedules are
officially set by the inspectors daily by 8:30 a.m. based on inspector
availability. If your inspection is on the list above with an assigned
inspector name, your inspection will be attempted to be performed today. If
your inspection is still assigned to an inspection group (i.e. Electrical
Inspector), check the result code to see if your inspection needs to be
rescheduled.
INSPECTION WINDOW: If you need to discuss a narrowed inspection window, you must call
425-257-8810, option 4, between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. to speak with the inspector before the schedule is set. Otherwise, inspections are performed between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. The
inspector will not be providing a courtesy call when they are on their way. You must be available within the entire inspection window if you have requested an inspection.
REQUIREMENTS FOR INSPECTION: The work must be
ready to be inspected. You must have an adult on-site to discuss the inspection
and provide access.
RESULTS: Inspection results will be provided
by 5:30 p.m. on the day the inspection is performed, with rare exceptions. If
the volume of requests exceeds what can be performed in any given day, your
inspection will be resulted as “RESCHEDULE ONLINE” and you
will receive an email directing you to reschedule your inspection. Check your
dashboard for further instructions.
